Acceptance and eligibility

These Terms of Use govern access to TradeBeagle websites, scanner feeds, dashboards, Telegram channels, emails, and related services. By purchasing, activating, or using the service, you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement.

Educational market information only

TradeBeagle provides market-scanning information for educational and informational purposes. It does not provide financial, investment, legal, tax, or brokerage advice; personalized recommendations; trade execution; or a promise that any security should be bought, sold, or held.

Scan labels shown in the members' dashboard are research aids, not entry signals, trade instructions, recommendations, advice or predictions. You are solely responsible for your research, decisions, position sizing, risk controls, and trading results. Consider consulting a qualified financial professional before making investment decisions.

No performance guarantee

Trading involves substantial risk, including loss of principal. Scanner inclusion, ranking, ATR calculations, moving-average conditions, historical examples, or other output do not guarantee accuracy, availability, timing, profitability, or future performance. Past performance and hypothetical examples do not predict future results.

Crypto scanner

Where offered, the Overnight Crypto scanner lists descriptive events on completed price bars, such as a range break, a range rejection, or a volatility expansion. These labels describe what already happened. They are not trade calls, rankings, or recommendations to buy, sell, or hold any crypto asset.

Crypto assets are highly volatile, trade around the clock, can be thinly traded, and may be priced differently on different exchanges. They are not protected by deposit insurance or by the investor protections that apply to many securities accounts, and you can lose all of the money you put into them. TradeBeagle does not hold, exchange, custody, or trade crypto assets for anyone. You are responsible for knowing whether crypto trading is lawful where you live.

Market data and service limitations

TradeBeagle relies on third-party market-data, messaging, hosting, identity, payment, internet, and infrastructure providers. Data may be delayed, incomplete, stale, unavailable, or incorrect. Scanner logic, schedules, thresholds, fields, delivery methods, and beta features may change.

Market data shown in the service is provided by Twelve Data. TradeBeagle also uses Tiingo data internally for calculations and as a backup; Tiingo data is not displayed. See Data Sources for details. Market data shown in the service is licensed for your personal use and may not be redistributed.

Do not rely on TradeBeagle as the sole source for a trading decision, price, volume figure, order instruction, or risk-management action. Verify material information through an appropriate brokerage or market-data source.

TradeBeagle is in beta. Features, including the Overnight Crypto scanner, may change. Beta features may later be offered for an additional fee, or may be discontinued.

Accounts and permitted use

Your subscription and account are personal to you. Keep credentials and private access links secure. You may use the service for your own lawful, non-commercial market research.

You may not share accounts; redistribute, republish, resell, or publicly post scanner output; scrape or systematically extract the service; bypass access controls; interfere with operation; impersonate another person; use the service unlawfully; or attempt to reverse engineer protected service components except where applicable law expressly permits it.

Subscription, cancellation, and refunds

New members start with a 7-day free trial. Unless you cancel before it ends, your payment method is charged the monthly price shown at checkout when the trial ends, and each month after that until you cancel. Paid subscriptions renew at the interval and price disclosed at checkout until canceled. The Cancellation Policy explains how to stop future renewals. Refund eligibility is described in the Refund Policy.

Service access and enforcement

TradeBeagle may restrict or terminate access for nonpayment, account sharing, redistribution, misuse, security threats, unlawful activity, or material violation of these terms. When practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to correct a curable issue.

Intellectual property

TradeBeagle branding, website content, scanner presentation, software, documentation, and original service materials are owned by or licensed to TradeBeagle and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Your subscription provides limited access to use the service; it does not transfer ownership.

Disclaimer and limitation

The service is provided on an "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. TradeBeagle does not warrant uninterrupted operation or error-free output. To the fullest extent permitted by law, TradeBeagle is not liable for trading losses, lost profits, missed opportunities, decisions made using scanner output, or indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the beta and service evolve. Material changes will be posted with a revised effective date and, when appropriate, communicated through the member contact channel. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
