Market data providers

TradeBeagle scanner lists are built from U.S. equities market data licensed from third-party providers.

• Price and volume data provided by Twelve Data.
• Historical and backup market data provided by Tiingo, used internally for calculations. Tiingo data is not displayed.

Scanner rankings, scan labels, and other calculated fields are produced by TradeBeagle from this data.

Crypto data

The Overnight Crypto scanner uses completed 15-minute bars for a fixed list of major crypto pairs quoted in U.S. dollars.

• No backup crypto data provider is configured. If Twelve Data is unavailable, new crypto events stop for affected pairs until it recovers. A backup provider may be considered depending on usage; none is promised.
• Crypto price data provided by Twelve Data.

The crypto scanner uses price data only; it does not use volume. Crypto prices can differ from one exchange to another. Event labels and the measurements behind them are calculated by TradeBeagle from this data.

About the data

Volume figures may read lower than those shown by a brokerage, which typically combine every U.S. exchange. Market data may be delayed, incomplete, or temporarily unavailable. For the stock scanners, when the primary provider is unavailable, lists may be built from backup data, and price and volume are hidden.
